Orders

  1. Gifts - Can you exclude receipt from the shipment?
    We exclude billing/payment information from all packages. Only a packing slip is included, which can be used for returns/exchanges.Please be sure to add your name in gift message at checkout, so the receipient will know it is from you.
  2. Can I make a change to my order?
    Yes. Email Jason@soniped.com with specific items you would like to change.
  3. Do you charge sales tax?
    No, we do not charge sales tax.
  4. Where is my tracking number?
    You will receive an email with tracking link when your order ships. If you haven't received an email with tracking number within 2 days of purchase, please check your spam/promotions folder for an email from us.
  5. I made a mistake in shipping address, can I change it?
    Please send an email to Jason@soniped.com with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" as soon as you can in order to make a change to shipping address. You will be okay for now because SoniPed is being pre-ordered but in the future, most of the orders will be processed and shipped within 2 hours after you place the order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.

Payment

  1. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
    No. PayPal will process payments even if you don't have an account.
  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

    No card information is ever saved at SoniPed and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. We at SoniPed take active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. SoniPed does NOT keep credit card information on record.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping

  1. Holiday Return Policy
    We are happy to provide extended return policy for orders placed between November 15th and December 31st. If you are not completely satisfied with your holiday purchase for any reason, please email us at Jason@soniped.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges on holiday orders are accepted until January 31st.Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.

    Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at jason@soniped.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.

Shipping

  1. I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
    We are currently waiting for our inventory be arrive from our manufacture - this may take up to 3 months. In the future, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. US orders will take 5-6 business days to arrive. UK, EU, and AU orders may take 14-21 business days to arrive. These estimates are based on the free/standard shipping options. For faster delivery, please choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout.
  2. Where are my orders coming from?
    Your SoniPeds are shipped from our warehouse location in Salt Lake City, Utah.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We offer free standard (first class) shipping for orders of $100 and up. The shipping charge for all other orders is flat $15. We also offer Priority and Express Mail options for faster delivery. You can see the cost and delivery timeframe for those at checkout. Please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout so the system recognizes the address.

Product Help

  1. Is my SoniPed waterproof?
    Yes, the SoniPed is fully waterproof, NOT just water resistant. It recharges through and inductive magnetic charging point to maintain its fully sealed case.
  2. How often do I need to charge my SoniPed?
    Roughly every 2 weeks, depending on usage.
  3. What is the difference between the U and U+?
    The U+ employs sonic vibration technology, where the U is not battery or motor operated.
